Dawn and I go back some time (10 years!) when I was tasked to fix a software development project that was not going well. Her company at the time was awarded a contract to help me get the system back on track. The year we worked on that project was one of the hardest in my career and you end up getting to know everyone on the team really well. Dawn struck me as someone who knew what needed to be done and was never flustered by events, a good person to know and even learn from.
