Rima is an amazing person who has done more to change how Microsoft engages government than anyone I know. I first met Rima at Microsoft Ignite 2019 when I attended the government focused session she led. As we talked it was refreshing to hear someone tell it like it was regarding the compliance process and she worked to set real expectations. As we spoke afterwards and began leaving to head home (government sessions are ALWAYS the last ones) we shared a taxi and planned to reconnect. That connection is still going strong as we both co-host a podcast focused on government around all of the Microsoft public sector offerings. If you haven’t met Rima, you absolutely should, and if you are in government, she is the one to talk to, especially regarding Microsoft Teams.
